Join our 2026 Basketball Program for kids aged 5-12 and experience the thrill of playing basketball in a fun and supportive environment. At Hammond Area Recreation District No. 1, we believe that sports should be a positive and rewarding experience for every child.
Program Details
- Ages: 5-14 years old, Co-Ed
- Season Dates: January 5th - March 7th
- Practice Schedule: Monday-Thursday (5:30pm-8:30pm)
- Game Schedule: Saturdays (9:00am-4:00pm)
Registration Information
- Registration Dates: October 8th - December 5th @ 5:00 pm
- Registration Price: $50 per player, plus $10 out-of-district fee
- Gate Fee: $3 per person for games

No Refund Policy: Please note that there are no refunds for our youth sports programs, no exceptions
Player Eligibility: All players must be recreation level players, no travel ball players or teams are eligible to register
