Our goal at Hammond Area Recreation District #1 is to provide the best sports programming possible to as many student athletes as possible. We believe that lives can be changed through the power of sports. That's why we're excited to announce Zemurray Sports, Powered by H.A.R.D. #1.
Zemurray Sports is a cooperative effort between Hammond Area Recreation District #1 and the City of Hammond to bring the H.A.R.D. #1 programming our community has come to know and love at Chappapeela Sports Park to even more student athletes in the Tangipahoa Parish area.
Zemurray Sports will be run on Reimer's field, starting with co-ed flag football and co-ed soccer in the fall of 2024. Registration for these programs is open until September 1, 2024.
